Goal 3:   

D Dated. I will go on 12 dates in the next 12 months.   

A Achievable. This is not a particularaly lofty goal, I am sure I can manage it.   

P Personal. School and children make it difficult to find time to be with my partner. I think that going on one date a month would be good for our relationship.   

P Positive. Dates are fun and I enjoy spending time with my partner.   

S Specific We will arrange childcare ahead of time and be sure to work in dinners out in our budget.
